The property was great for our family. Spacious and has a beautiful deck to entertain.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay! Nice, quiet getaway, close enough to town to go when we wanted, but far enough away it was quiet. Would recommend.

The location was good for our family. The inside of the house was clean and well kept. Great layout to allow for family time that we needed. Easy to work with property management.

My family and I spent 3 nights at the Three Bears Condo and had a great time. We enjoyed the multiple floors to give everyone a chance to be doing different things if they wanted, or enjoy a movie together in the main room. Location was probably the best part, close to town but still remote enough to give an adventurous feel.

Nice quiet cabin, clean and easy to find.

Couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Ruidoso. Close to all but feels secluded at the same time. West facing for relaxing sunsets through beautiful trees. Equipped with all you need. Any wishes? Snap your fingers and the Cosy Cab genie will appear quasi instantly. Had no intention to ever go back to Ruidoso, but now may very well seek the Little Bird again.

This was a perfect place to stay to ski and sight see. We even saw deer on the property!

Close to the shopping strip and restaurants. Clean and very well kept. Perfect for the family to shop and sight see. We will definitely be staying there again!

Cabin is large, but cozy. Conveniently located, close to downtown shopping, grocery store around the corner. Saw deer on property as soon as we arrived. 4x4 recommended in snowy weather. Washer/Dryer were definitely a plus after snow tubing/skiing.

Cute little place to stay for a short period of time. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did run into a small problem with a light socket & Lamp but nothing that wasn't fixable or too serious. The host was very responsive, polite and attentive to any problems or concerns. I would recommend this place to others.

Great place nice view!

What a great vacation cabin! This place offered everything we needed and then some! We had Elk and Mule Deer within sight of the cabin all four days! The hot tub was a great place to relax after our day hikes and the grill made cooking dinner a breeze! We had a full house and had plenty of space for everyone to lounge and to gather for dinner at the massive table! We loved our stay and would return again and again!

The cabin is spacious and has just about everything needed. Its very close to town so that was very convenient.

Neat little cabin and a great value! Location was perfect really, so close to town but couldn't tell at all. lots of space between this cabin and it's neighbors, great deck, easy driveway and access. plenty quiet. Cabin had vintage-rustic charm in spades but it felt perfectly clean and maintained.

Exactly the cabin I was looking for has more than we anticipated! The only amenity that was not found was a wine opener , no biggie went & bought one conveniently close. We left it there for anyone else. This place is so beautiful its how I imagined a real cabin would be this is the best one weve stayed at we appreciate every detail taken into our stay. We were unable to use the fire pit as we are not sure why, we followed instructions very easy we can smell the fumes, but it never lit on, werent able to use but its perfectly fine. Though that was one of the pluses, the jacuzzi was perfect plus also. I was so happy and surprised how high up the mountain this cabin is, perfect plus as well! What was even amazing was the peaceful, mountains, pines you could see, the most amazing nature you can hear from the deck in the evening when that beautiful sunset happens. Will be coming back here again! Thank you so very much, we appreciate you letting me in your home.

My family came to visit for my bday weekend and loved this place.

Comfortable and clean! Very nice bed very cozy and great downtown location!!! Will stay there again!!
