Quality Control Specialist

As a QC team member, you’ll make sure every cabin is guest-ready by keeping cleaning, staging, and upkeep consistent with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit cabins after cleanings to double-check quality and consistency.
• Verify staging matches online photos and property ads.
• Check for maintenance, repair, or replacement needs and report them.
• Complete light touch-up cleaning (up to 15 minutes) if needed.
• Request a housekeeper revisit if tasks require more time.
• Deliver add-on items (flowers, wine, etc.) for guest requests.
• Take on general upkeep projects on slower days.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfort working independently and traveling around town daily.
• Confidence to enforce cleaning standards and hold housekeepers accountable.
• A flexible, can-do attitude to take on varied tasks.
