Very nice accommodations. The only drawback was the driveway. Would be very hard to negotiate if your car was low to the ground. Also seems to be not handicapped accessible at the entry.

I've stayed in a few Cozy Cabins locations and they always have a great checkin, clean, essentials, and our stay has always been great!

No problems.

Our stay was peaceful and pleasant. Five elk hanging out by the house was definitely the highlight.

Had a wonderful stay for our first time to Ruidoso! The pictures of the listing needs to be updated as different bunk beds are in the guest room. Also, the back patio could use some TLC as it is in need of some refinishing on the wood. Overall, the cabin is great for a low key weekend if you dont need much space! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable.

This small cabin is cute, cozy and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Sudderth shopping and the beautiful river trail is right down the street. The hot tub is awesome with a cover that is super easy to maneuver. We also loved the Keurig and K-cups are provided.

Location of cabin is in close proximity to all major attractions in the town with easy access. Neighborhood is not the best but is safe and quiet. Great views from the back patio. Second time staying in this cabin and would recommend if you don't plan on spending much time in the cabin and really are just looking for a low cost place to sleep and shower.

This cabin is so nice and cozy. Love the 3 kings beds and the hot tub on the deck under the night skies I would definitely recommend this cabin for your stay. Its the second time we have been.

The staff was very nice. The young man that came to maintain the hot tub was really interesting. We enjoyed talking to him. Really nice guy.

The cabin was great, the amenities in great conditions, place was clean and well presented. We had no issues on checking in and out! The communication between host and myself was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this for a chill weekend with family!

Haven't been to Ruidoso since 2013, but really enjoyed this stay. Cabin is actually bigger than my house as i live in a tiny cabin on a ranch in Texas. I especially enjoyed feeding the mule deer by hand and watching the Elk. They bedded down in the back yard. We will come back. Really enjoy the stay!
