With each of my phone conversations - I had results - and quick service if needed. The T.V. needed a cable guy plus needed internet password this was taken care of in a professional manner and much appreciated. Service man was also very nice and professional.

Everything was great.

By and large, we enjoyed our time at this cabin. A couple of reflections. The Pros The view is awesome. Two decks with great panoramic views of Sierra Blanca. Clean and well generally well maintained. No major maintenance issues. Close to town. The property is a quick 5-10 minute drive to midtown. The Cons The area: The cabin itself is located in the Ponderosa Heights area of a Ruidoso. This is not a particularly nice area, is fairly densely populated, and has many houses of poor quality and upkeep. Location: If youre expecting seclusion or privacy in the form of distance from other houses, you will be disappointed. Price: Given the above, it seems like what youre really paying for is the great view. For the asking price of this cabin, you could get into a much larger and nicer house, and in a nicer area. Also, No WiFi and only about 5 working TV channels.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were greeted by 6 huge elk in the driveway when we got here. It was a relaxing getaway from jobs, stress & grand-kids. LOL

Cozy. Second bedroom was really small. For 2 it was great. Good location. Not in the middle of town. We saw elk and deer.

Thank you so much for allowing me an d my future hubby to enjoy this little piece of paradise & we would call it just that. We have enjoyed every moment of being here and every detail in this cabin is beautiful and thought out perfectly. This experience and relaxation of the wood was just what we needed. We had a great time. Stayed 4 nights in Sept. 2018. Very spacious. True to pictures. Jeremy from Cozy Cabins was very helpful and the maintenance was quick to respond to minor issue. Very friendly guy. Great experience.

Super clean & the cutest cabins we have ever stayed at. Perfect location where you can walk around the town without moving your vehicle.

This cabin is in a great location. Upper cabin. Set Hill-side. The deer come right up to the back deck and you can feed them. The house is clean but it is outdated. The living room furniture is old and not very comfortable. The tv is old but served the purpose. The kitchen is large and served our purpose. The fridge did make some noise but it was not disturbing. If you come up in the winter you will need 4wd. Little to no cell phone service. Att, Verizon and sprint have one bar of phone service. No data on your phones. The home doesnt have WiFi. Not a bad home. And I would stay here again. It was clean.

Photos do not do this cabin justice. The home was completely updated, spacious and welcoming. Don't miss out on the quiet, crisp mornings on the deck, the playful deer or the comfort of the private room downstairs. We enjoyed dinner as a family at the table and watched tv as if we were home. Thank you for making our stay great with your wonderful amenities. We can't wait to book this cabin again!
