Cozy, comfortable, clean and the landscape is beautiful

The cabin is perfect! I would bring bathroom supplies shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste. The screen door is hard to unlock but other than that it was perfect. Cant wait to stay there again.

Beautiful views, very clean, really bigger than I thought it would be. Loved having the fireplace for cold nights. I would suggest downloading movies prior to arriving because there is not much for tv channels and no WiFi. Other than that was easy to check in and place was very new and again the views were outstanding!

Good location. Lots of deer, we brought deer corn with us.

Four of us stayed at Papa Bears Cabin plus our Labrador. There was plenty of room, the home was well stocked and the location was great. Youre close to the main street of Ruidoso but in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had visiting deer every morning. The cabin has a big covered deck, which is great for both deer watching over morning coffee and barbecuing in the evening. The price was good, especially for the size and location. It was a great deal and Ill look to stay there again!

We had a really good time here in your beautiful cabin. The hot tub was amazing. Looking forward to coming back here this year.

This was our first time staying at a cabin and thanks to yall we are now in love with it! I don't think we will ever stay at a hotel ever again. We enjoyed it to the max! Super clean! Cozy! Relaxing! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you! We will be back FOR SURE!!

This was our first visit to Ruidoso. We enjoyed it. Perfect for exactly what we wanted to do, relax! The cabin was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean & cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the grill to cook outside, and kitchen to cook meals so we could stay in if wanted to. The girls asked if we could stay forever. Really enjoyed the location so we could walk along the river. Can't wait until we can come back & visit. Would definitely recommend your cabins!! Thank you.

The cabin was perfect for us. Our four-year-old and seven-year-old were very comfortable on the fold out couch . The cabin was in close proximity to Midtown and just up the hill from the river which was beautiful . The hot tub was also a very popular feature . We will certainly recommend river cabin to anyone planning to visit Ruidoso .

Excelent place the cabin was cozy and had everthing we needed. The location was great close to the winter park and the road to ski apache.
