Everyone one was polite, courteous and friendly!

We had a great time and didnt want to come home...grandkids want to come in the winter...Everything was clean and ready to go and we all had a great time!!

Nice condo. Expect to walk a lot of steps and parking is confusing. Cute decor. Did not like the quality of the towels and that we had to throw out our own trash. Bed mattress could use replacing, low to floor because there is no box spring. No WiFi. With all of the fees and taxes, room rate per night was expensive. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet condo.

The cabin was a perfect getaway spot. It was very clean and had a beautiful balcony overlooking nature. We enjoyed bird and nature watching. The beds were very comfortable and it was decorated very cute. Cannot wait to go back very soon.

Very nice clean cabin. Beds were very comfortable and I am very picky. Cabin had everything we needed. We saw deer, Turkey, fox, hummingbirds off the ver secluded back deck. Deer ate out of out hands. Only thing that would have been better is not having to pick up/drop off. Could just key pad be utilized for convenience bypassing keys.

Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your home, we loved the location. The size was perfect for our family of 7. We love seeing the deer and elk everyday.

Great experience overall at Hilltop Cabin. The cabin had everything we needed to be absolutely comfortable, was close to everything, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake every night.

Jeremy and the lady are friendly and helpful when I switched property and added another night to stay.

Cozy cabin and the kids love the hot tub. And it has A/C. Will stay there again next time.

The person I spoke to when I was making my reservations was very helpful and referred me to the 2nd Street Retreat.

It had everything I needed I felt like I was at home. My mom loved the bed she slept in she was so content as well as myself. I wanted my mom to be happy and she was more that happy. My mom has Dementia and I want to do as much as I can before she declines. Thank you so much! I wish I could remember who I spoke to she was so helpful and kind.

Enjoyed our stay at the at the lazy bear cabin. Had a wonderful nice, quiet weekend. The Cabin was very accessible to everything we needed , the view was amazing and would be more than glad to return to this rental property. Overall Experience was excellent. Spacious, HUGE master bedroom, big back yard, and being right by the stream was a huge perk for our kids! Great house for a family. Will use Cozy Cabins properties again.

What a beautiful home! This is always a favorite place to stay when we come to Ruidoso! Always feel so comfortable, and right at home! Thank you for allowing us into your home, and Lord willing, we will definitely be back again!

We were arriving a little past the office hours and the employee reassured us not to rush the key will be waiting for us in box at office.

Very comfortable and relaxing cabin, went to relax and was definitely able to do that. Enjoyed having cable TV and hot tub. Will definitely consider returning very soon.

Great stay! Easy check in and check out process. Clean cabin, great hot tub. Beautiful property. No Wi-Fi which we managed Without but would have been nice to have. Would stay again!

We loved the cabin...excellent view of the mountains and deer. Would definitely come back again.

The team was great, answered some questions and concerns we had during this different time, and how to handle quarantine during travel. Very helpful and we will be back because the team seemed to want us to be there.

Great location! Far enough away that you could relax and close enough to go do if you wanted. The house is perfect because of the size for individual space to relax and big areas for family games and movie time in the evenings. The deck was wonderful to start the morning off with coffee and end the night with beautiful stars.

The location is great! Right off the main road. The backyard is gorgeous! The river is right in the back and is so nice to listen to while sitting in the hot tub. We were surprised to see how fast it can start moving during a major rain storm. Cozy Cabins was a great company to work with. We were out of propane and they were there in roughly 10 minutes after our call and hooked it up for us. One bedroom does not have doors, just a curtain. This wasn't a problem for us being a small family but could be a problem for others.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin and the view are beautiful, thank you!
