I loved it here! My friends and I had so much fun and were able to relax because of the coziness of the location. I would definitely recommend!

For 2 people the space was plenty and cozy! The wildlife that visited us in the morning and evening was just wonderful!

Angie was very helpful in assisting us when we were unable to unlock the digital thermostat on the property. She was prompt in returning phone calls and proactive in giving us updates and possible solutions while the issue was resolved.

We had a great time! We needed a change of scenery after being in lockdown all these months due to the pandemic. This was our first time renting a cabin and we can say we are hooked! We had everything we needed to recharge and relax safely. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the board games. (Monopoly and Uno for the win.) We enjoyed a visit from some local wildlife right outside the backdoor. At night we had a wonderful view of the stars were unable to get in the city. Overall, were very pleased with experience.

Staff was very friendly. The directions where very clear about everything except the trash. But other than that we were very happy work the friendlyness of the staff.

We had a wonderful,restful family getaway. The property was clean and beautiful. The views and stargazing was amazing! The wildlife is beautiful and out was great to feed the deer. We Will defenetly stay there again. Our only concern was the back deck that move from side to side when we where on it. We really didn't use that part of the house. Other than that the house is pretty well equipped with the necessities you will need for your stay. Beautiful and peaceful area!

The most special thing about this cabin are the wildlife nearby. There are deer and ravens that just hang out in the yard. They aren't even afraid of people. Although you are allowed to have pets here, I wouldn't say it's super pet friendly. There isn't a yard for the pets to hang out in and the home is on a hill. We spent more time walking them around on leashes and hoping they would be comfortable than we would have liked. The neighbors all have dogs too and when you go out side with your dog, the other dogs all bark at your dogs. This is a great value for the area, and it was clean. The check in process was easy peasy. There is a grocery store just around the corner too so it's easy to get things quickly. The home is older and is a manufactured home so the tubs/ showers are smaller but I can't complain as it was the least expensive place to to stay. It's nice as the master bedroom has two queen sized beds in it and the other side has another master bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is also a futon you can utilize if you have a larger party. The patio is really comfortable. The home is on a hillside so make sure you have good knees for walking around. The yard is small. The home was comfortable enough and the trees and wildlife are so refreshing and they smell so good. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to hand wash your dishes. Thank you for allowing us to check in late and leave early. We will definitely return one day.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and very friendly. I called to book and extra night and a second time to let him know about late check in and he walked me through everything.

We all enjoyed it so very much. I will be for sure booking again through Cozy Cabin and most likely to book the Rustic Cabin again!

The location is just perfect, and it is very private, you will feel hidden in the hills. The cabin was so cozy for us two, it felt like home. Great kitchen and amenities for cooking, wifi and nice big TV. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and live for a few days. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Everything was minutes away.

This was a cozy and clean place! Check in was seamless and location was great, right in town and an easy drive to nature and town sights/activities. We loved the fireplace. The property is much smaller than we expected, but for just a couple nights it was fine for two adult, 2 children and a dog. I think we would have felt cramped if we had stayed much longer, though.

Everything youd want and expect from the ideal cabin experience. Quiet street with great views. Perfect fit for our 3 person family RNR trip!

Great view of mountains from inside the house! Elk and deer right out the back door. Cozy atmosphere. Definitely would book again.

Definitely recommend this place! Its minutes away from downtown Ruidoso and the Inn of the Mountain gods! It was very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for being a great host!

Great location! Nice and quiet. However, the cabin is on a mountain hill side with a steep dirt/gravel road to get to the driveway. Don't take your corvette or any kind of car that is low to the ground.
